GVR Products Ltd will continue to guarantee the product directly,
for one year against breakage or defects in workmanship. This
guarantee does not cover the lamps or batteries in the lights.
Any liability, either express or implied is limited to replacement
of the product. This guarantee is void only if the Reddylite™
product has been abused beyond normal and sensible wear and tear.
If your product needs replacement or repair please e-mail us at
customercare@reddylite.com, or on our customer feedback form page.
Please remember to include your name, address, phone number, invoice/sales
number (if possible), the distributor you purchased through together
with the product description and problem. We will return with
authorisation details and any charges applicable.
